The Board of Directors is one person, presently Hayden A. N. Goult, he is the single director and so sole board member and Head of the Board.
The board will meet four times in our year, every quarter. And meet on the last Monday of every quarter - these shall have minutes recorded which are available to shareholders upon request.

used at any board meetings. Not however shared with any other company members.
